I have:
1.  downloaded source (git clone)
2. added my debian/ directory
2a. I used Format: 3.0 git, so I had to add debian/ to .gitignore
3. run dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot and result of it put on the
web page.

So all changes performed by me are in pycuda_0.94-1.git.tar.gz
in debian/ directory.

I have read maintainers-guide, and want to read Python policy
(but have not read it yet).
