Yeap, it's me ;-) I think that if enough people use it, it should be added, so, you should add your comments to that feature request and reopen it. Personally, it's not something that I like (I think it makes code more unmantainable because you have to end up reformatting whole blocks when you add a single line, and messes the cvs history a bit), but as I said, if more people request it, it'll be added.
