I'm still seeing the problem. I did the update but still had the problem. I manually deleted 1.3.6 but still had the problem. I handchecked the update and realized that org.python.pydev.mylyn.feature_0.3.0.zip didn't get applied for some reason. It all worked once I manually pulled that down and installed it.
