Well, the navigator should be used instead of the pydev package explorer until that's solved... I'm trying to investigate how to solve it in pydev, as the problem is actually in Eclipse. It's reported at: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=195184, so, please vote for it to be fixed there... I'm trying to see if there's some workaround, but still couldn't find any...
