Probably your PATH variable is still pointing to Python 2.5 (you have to fix it in your run or in the shell that eclipse is spawned -- or in the system if that's your default python install). There are plans to add environment variables to the interpreter so that this can be gotten correctly on an interpreter-basis, but that's still not available.
