Well, the logs point everywhere that the module threading cannot be gotten when the shell is created.
So, do you have that module available in your libs? It doesn't seem so from the paths provided (you have to add the Jython Libs to the system pythonpath when configuring the interpreter) Another thing -- that might be related... Why are you using such an old version from Jython (1.2.1)?
