I just tried this all over by backing up my previous install (moved both D:/eclipse/ and C:/Users/[username]/.eclipse/) then starting with a fresh version of eclipse 3.5, then installed PyDev first. It works without any problems. Then I installed everything else, and installed Adobe Flash Builder 4 last. All seem to be working fine. And interestingly there is no C:/Users/[username]/.eclipse/ directory. Everything is installing into D:/eclipse/. I kept the previous installs in case there are any forensics requests.
