document says not to put your source in a directory called src or lib, yet 
Eclipse seems to encourage such by using a default src name.  Why is that?

Also if I choose my workspace, why is my code separated from that directory by 
two others?  /path/to/workspace/project_name/src/   When I see others 
distribute source, its generally in the top-level directory.
