You mean you want the workspace to be the source of your PYTHONPATH? This can\'t be done because of an eclipse limitation (Eclipse forces that -- and note that the projects don\'t really need to be under a workspace -- the workspace is mostly the location where Eclipse will store its .metadata, not necessarily your projects which can be anywhere). But also, I don\'t see any practical difference from creating a project and marking it as the source folder and doing all there... If you don\'t want to \"see\" it, you can use the \'go into\' in the pydev package explorer... or you can use Aptana\'s App Explorer which will do that by default when you choose the project you want to work on.
