Yes I am using 3.1.3 and I also added the PYTHONVERBOSE variable to True. I
did notice it mentioned that a bug which sounded like this was fixed. However
the bug still exists. I only recently decided to set eclipse up so I downloaded
fresh versions of Eclipse, Python and PyDEV updates automatically from
pydev.org/updates .

Eclipse Version: Helios Service Release 1 : Build id: 20100917-0705
PyDev for Eclipse 1.6.4.2011010200
Python 3.1.3 (r313:86882M, Nov 30 2010

To get around the problem I downloaded the latest Aptana Beta which seems to
be okay despite being Eclipse based. However I would rather use vanilla
Eclipse.
To be clear 'Python 2.6.1 (r261:67515, Jun 24 2010' works perfectly.

Although I am using an Apple at the moment, like I mentioned I have Vista and
Ubuntu setup as well with the same issue. I am happy to try fixes but i'm in
Singapore timezone and have a lot going on so might be a little slow in
replying.
