To sum this up: the old hardware was dying the day before we meant to move it to the new hardware, so Upfront moved it 7 hours early. As a consequence, some people may have observed outage because it was just crashed; some may have observed the migration, and some may have observed stale entries in their DNS caches. It's now on the new hardware; I'll update the DNS to return to using XS4ALL only soon.
