Failed for me from montanaro.dyndns.org using Chrome (that's part of
Comcast's world). Also failed using Lynx from www.smontanaro.net (that's at
Tummy). Both around 05:30 Central Time.
Oddly, works for me. I'm in upstate NY. However, traceroute also stops
in Germany for me, but that may just be something disallowing it I think:
