In what way do you intend to improve it ? > why do you not autoremove all dead links ? Moin doesn't have such a feature, AFAIK. It's also not clear whether this would really help - often enough dead links can still be made to work by going via archive.org, so automatically removing them would result in loss of information. A better solution would be to try to make the link work again or replace it with an updated one.
