[pygame] numpy sound array support now available

Hi,

I just commited the last numpy support changes for the pygame.sndarray
module. Similar to pygame.surfarray you are now able to use
pygame.sndarray with numpy or Numeric, just as you like.

You'll find it in the SVN revision 1091.
