I'd be supportive of such a project, particularly if it supported creation
of something other than Pong/Breakout/Arkanoid/Mario/Tetris/Gradius clones.
I'm all for those kinds of games, but quite frankly, I think that they have
been done *to death.*

I'd be HIGHLY supportive if it supported making a game like Willow (NES), or
like The Secret of Mana (SNES)/Sword of Mana (GBA)/Final Fantasy Adventure
(GB), though. :D

Maybe even an turn-based RPG game instead of the … whatever type The Secret
of Mana is. :)
