Oh shoot! The lib has to be out a whole month ahead of time? I've been making my own pygame extension library because pgu just doesn't do everything I need with enough flexibility. Actually I've only been working on it for the past two days so I only have the base of the gui (styling, linking (almost), connections, and three base widgets) and the scene manager with pxlperfect collision stuff. I was hoping to finish it before pyweek but guess it's already too late :P
I missed the previous two pyweeks because of moving, hopefully I won't miss this one (I don't have internet at home yet)! Guess I'll have to use pgu (or pyglet if that becomes an option ;) On Mar 8, 7:43 pm, Alex Holkner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hello silent pyglet enthusiasts, > > As Richard announced today on the PyGame-users list, PyWeek 4 is > scheduled for April 1 to April 8, and is open for registrations now. > Seehttp://pyweek.org/4/ > > Traditionally any libraries used in PyWeek must have been released at > least a month before the competition start date, but it looks as though > Richard is getting a little twitchy and is considering bending the rules > a little for pyglet ;-) > > I'm going to have a go over this long weekend (Labour day in this part > of the world) at panel-beating pyglet into something releasable as a > "pyglet-pyweek" snapshot.
