This error has been fixed and was no fault of SPE, see issue 155.

Besides my own misdiagnosis above, there appear to be no other
problems running pyglet applications from within an IDE. If anyone
has an issue they've been sitting on w.r.t. this, could you let me
know (this is one area of pyglet I do not test at all myself).
