Quite disappointing indeed.  I was pointed to it by the irc channel.

I'm definitely getting the hang of it.  I was able to use the same
debugging method and workaround to get my app to work on one of my
coworkers machines that had a custom Zope install that didn't play
nicely with twisted.  (make sure Zope was included in the app, insert
a relative path into sys.path)
