I think you mean "Is there anything like this in Pyglet?" since
comparing Python the language to a game implemented in a framework in
a different language for particular Microsoft platforms is not
possible, they're totally different things.

I don't know of anything comparable to this in Pyglet, but I have
heard about others implementing tile engines and whatnot, search the
mail archives for details. Pyglet is not a game framework like XNA is,
it's a more general media api that can be used to make games among
other things. That said, something like this could be built using
pyglet, it just hasn't happened yet that I know of.
