Did some DNS snooping on Pyglet's Web Server, 146 separate web sites are running off the same box. Maybe it is those SydneyLawyers ;-). This does not seem out of the ordinary though and would account for slowdowns if other sites were heavily using resources of the server box at the same time. However having 4 days of no access is more of an internetwork link issue. I remember reading about a problem in the states recently where a couple major backbone providers disagreed and disconnected from each other severing the internet for a while for east coast users. But this won't explain connection issues from other countries.
