I have a "circle of light" graphic that I wish to use to mask all but a simple circle of the screen.
I would go with a simplified approach (black graphic with a hole in the middle) but I need to have more than one of these circles, and they may be overlapping. I think I understand what I need to do, just not how to do it. The circles need to be blended with a solid black image in a way that will take the largest of all alpha values (or simply the largest colour values; more white wins) >From there, I can simply draw that image (black + blended alpha circles) or blend that image (black + blended whiteness circles) with the pyglet.graphics.Batch() that I'm drawing with. 1. Can I use pyglet.graphics.Batch() with gl blending at all? 2. If so, how should I go about doing this? I'm struggling with figuring out which blend mode to use, and still puzzling over how to use them in the first place. Time is somewhat of the essence, so if you think you might have even something to give me a rough idea, I'd appreciate hearing it! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pyglet-users" group.
