Hello,
I retrieved the last version from the repository (it fixed an annoying bug
so I'm happy) and now I have the same message that some peoples here:

2013-03-03 12:10:59.369 Python[37265:f07] ApplePersistenceIgnoreState:
Existing state will not be touched. New state will be written to
/var/folders/jh/jgdg2_r52x37y8dd94mylk640000gn/T/org.python.python.savedState

So the issue may still be open.
Thanks !
