I created a redistributable package 
at https://bitbucket.org/pyglet/pyglet/downloads/avbin_10_pyglet.tar.gz

@Nathan: I included the license file and also pointed to it in the readme. 
Would that be ok?

@Brandon: Please see the readme inside and let me know if this works for
