Yes, that's what I meant.

The reason that I proposed using instancing a class is because that
has well defined scoping and isolation that needs no further
explanation. But if that is not feasible then another approach needs
to be chosen. My only concern was to make sure that one can both add
and close metadata resources on demand, keep them separate, all in a
programatic fashion rather than having to specify them before the
program started.
