Chris, a few quick comments that I feel are unfair because they're too easy to make, but I'm going to make them anyway ;): - PEP 8? - a doctest-style introduction to the new functionality would be very, very helpful. - the test framework does not properly handle code coverage analysis for this code (because figleaf is not enabled prior to import of pygr.Data -- I'm fixing), but I get the impression that test coverage is not terribly thorough. I can probably hack and slash my way through the file with my usual blunt machete, but anything you can do to introduce me to the code would help! (Do let me know ASAP if you think you can address any of the issues above over the next week, and I'll wait for you.) cheers, --titus --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pygr-dev" group.
