Dear All, I am stuck with using Bioconductor at my current place of work. After some frustration it turns out that sequence I/O and management is very inferior in Bioconductor, which immediately made me think of how pygr is much better at these tasks. Have anyone on the list thought of making R bindings to work with pygr and in particular NLMSA class structures? Anyone else thinking this would be useful?
