Hi, Istvan,

I got seqdb2 compiled & running on two different Linux boxes and my Mac
OS X laptop, so it must be something platform specific... it would be
great if you could help us track it down. (I installed both the Linux
boxes, and they're both running Debian, so odds are it's weird on our
setup ;)

I get the error message you see when executing 'dbread', because it
doesn't do any argument checking, but my bin/fadbm works fine:

        bin/fadbm tests/test.fa

What happens if you try running nosetests on your Linux version?

Also, more generally, once I start using --pedantic-errors, the 'long
long' type (64bit integer) is no longer supported because it's not in
ISO C++. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? ;)

thanks,
