I just sat down to try this out myself ... and whoa ... this is eye-
poppingly fast, I missed it on first read as it was nestled in between
the other numbers.
this is a querying 350,000 intervals against 6K genes .... and it even
contains the looping and function call costs too, those are probably
0.1 sec of it.
Very impressive. I got to get in on the action on this.
