Hi all, I'm going through the issue tracker and cleaning things up a bit, and I think the following issues are ready for a review:
informative __repr__ for KeyErrors: http://code.google.com/p/pygr/issues/detail?id=22 full dictionary interfaces on seq dicts and annotation dicts: http://code.google.com/p/pygr/issues/detail?id=24 http://code.google.com/p/pygr/issues/detail?id=29 equality test for independently generated annotation objects: http://code.google.com/p/pygr/issues/detail?id=30 code bug in sqltable: http://code.google.com/p/pygr/issues/detail?id=31 I think anyone can review the first three. Chris or someone with more in-depth knowledge of pygr than me should think for five minutes about the last two. Note that they've all been committed and are in pygr now so I think Chris has at least skimmed over them. That might be enough, esp for the last two. cheers, --titus -- C.
