Hi Eden,

I just read through your proposal.  I am not sure how detailed the proposal
should be.  But it will probably need a little more work.  You could
describe a bit more on pygr and each of the alignment tools.  Then describe
the link:  what's the advantage of using pygr to store and process these
alignment results over writing up your own scripts, etc.
