Hi guys, I spent some time this evening trying to get the BLAST tests to pass on lyorn (the buildbot machine) and ended up getting even more confused. Now I can't get them to pass on any of my machines!
I assume this is working for most people, right!? What version of BLAST are you all using? In any case, once I get it working, I'd like to add some tests that rely on "canned" BLAST output, so that we can distinguish easily between BLAST version mismatches and bugs. cheers, --titus -- C.
