Hi Kenny, in your bug report, you didn't say how you were connecting to this NLMSA. Did you download and install it locally? If so, how? Or are you accessing it via XMLRPC? We also need details about your OS version, Python version, and exactly what version of Pygr (commit ID, I guess) you are using.
