Today I am going to be reorganizing and rewriting a bunch of tutorial content; see my "tutorial" branch on github for the latest. I have already merged the latest material from Titus and Marek (including Namshin's xmlrpc tutorial).
- I will start hacking on things like the sequence, database and worldbase tutorials that no one has yet revised; - initially I will leave the xmlrpc tutorial alone in case you guys are still changing it frequently. - I'm going to focus on giving simple, complete examples of things you can easily do with Pygr *now*. So anything that Pygr doesn't yet handle smoothly (e.g. integrating all the UCSC annotations, which we've barely looked at yet) probably will have to wait till a later point release addresses them. -- Chris --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pygr-dev" group.
