OK, I have revised one example tutorial (sequence.rst) following Titus' model. I'd love to get some feedback on whether this seems like the right style and content for Pygr 0.8's tutorials. In the meantime I will keep working on re-organizing the existing tutorial material in this new style.
Get the new tutorial from my "tutorial" branch on github.
