I've updated pygr.org to do more than redirect to code.google.com/p/pygr/.

If you want to change anything, the HTML is on github.com:

...so please go ahead :)
Also, I've written a simple script to build the docs from source and
upload them to the site. What's the right way to get the docs corresponding
to the latest release (0.8.1? 0.8.2?)
