Could you or Chris update doc/rest/conf.py to v0.8.2?

Note, I've amended http://code.google.com/p/pygr/wiki/ReleaseProcedure
accordingly.  It'd be great if the release procedure there could be
fleshed out to what actual commands get run, too.

I've posted the v0.8.2 docs to http://pygr.org/, under 
http://pygr.org/docs/latest-release/, and I will update again when the
tags are set correctly.
