Our announcement for 4.2 says this:

This version has been built and unit tested on:
  - NetBSD
  - FreeBSD
  - openSUSE
  - Ubuntu
  - Windows 7 with both MinGW and Visual Studio
  - PostgreSQL 8.4 and 9.3 64bit
  - Python 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 32 and 64bit

I have tested on NetBSD and Ubuntu and I have a FreeBSD system that I
am preparing to test with. I tested with PG 9.3 and Python 2.7. I can
probably set up other Python versions to test but first, has anyone
else tested some of those systems?

I have tested the 4.x branch at least on

- NetBSD, openSUSE, Ubuntu, Windows 7.
- Postgres 9.3 and 9.4
- Python 2.4 to 2.7 64bit

Not the full cross product of combinations though ;-)

I'll try to run some more tests on older Postgres versions
and 32 bit Python today.
