The patch at #165 was meant to solve that issue but just to demonstrate using another build system for bootloader compilation. The patch at #165 is now replaced by patch at http://www.pyinstaller.org/ticket/164 This patch demonstrates - simplified build system for windows - unified build system for windows and linux Now I'm trying implement compilation of bootloader using LSB.
