PYTHONPATH is only used when building the binary, not when running it. Since the build binary should run on a system without any Python installed at all, it must be self contained. Thus no PYTHONPATH at run-time.

Please use ArchiveViewer to see whether the required wx modules are included in the binary. If not, you'll have to find out why.
