Hi, we just installed a new plugin in trac (TicketModerator) that should fix forever the problem with spam infecting the Trac tickets. Basically, all new tickets and comments are now moderated, and moderators can discard them before they junk the website. Most spams are already discarded by spam filters but a few pass every week, so the only solution I can devise is manual moderation.
I also went through the whole trac and removed the spam that had accumulated over the months (years).
