No, as --tk is gone since 2012-01-21 15:22:30. ;-)The TK files are packed, but TK accesses /usr/share/tcl.8.6 anyhow. Searching for e.g. init.tcl and more stuff.
I would bet that /usr/share/tcl8.6 was being packaged, back on previous versions.
It still is. Or to be more precise: The same files are still packed. For me it looks like these files are incomplete, as nothing in /usr/share/tcl* is collected.
