pywin32’s construction of the service command <https://github.com/mhammond/pywin32/blob/630ffa3a372874784b9e6f8b68359179b9ec259b/win32/Lib/win32serviceutil.py#L224-L225> is assuming that your application contains the python.exe entrypoint which isn’t possible with PyInstaller. This isn’t going to work I’m afraid.
