last thing also done: I've added the "Hello World" examples for pyjs
and pyjd. Thanks for the suggestion and code, Gustaf!

I believe we can roll out the changes now, can't we? Here's a list of
what to do: (Luke, I think only you can do 2,3,5,6)
1. Pull from git and build the following applications:
- /examples
- /doc/book
- /doc/pyjs_site
- (Shall we rebuild the API documentation too?)
2. Upload all the applications built in 1) to the webspace.
2.b. Double-check that the new PNG images (logotype, blue logo) have
been uploaded to the webspace, too!
3. Update/upload the new blue logo to all external services:
- Google Code at http://code.google.com/p/pyjamas
- Ohloh.net at https://www.ohloh.net/p/pyjamas
- ... ?
4. Push the logo tarball from #443 (logo2.tar.gz) to the git
repository, somewhere.
5. Close the following issues:
- http://code.google.com/p/pyjamas/issues/detail?id=443 (New Logo)
- http://code.google.com/p/pyjamas/issues/detail?id=691 (Extra white space)
- http://code.google.com/p/pyjamas/issues/detail?id=692 (Hello World)
6. Make new Pyjamas T-Shirts and hoodies at http://pyjamas.spreadshirt.co.uk
Anything I missed out?
