Apart from moving the spinner/progress bar/bootstrap loader image from index.html to the bootstrap script I think we're ready to upload. I'd like to cope with this later in a clean way (as mentioned in another thread, "Ajax spinner ..." [1]). It doesn't disturb visually and functionally. (The maximum recursion error still pops up with pyjd on my system, that's what we should check on, but that's about it.)
