I don't know how well (if at all) how xulrunner's version numbers
correspond with firefox's (the full fledged browser package) version
numbers. However, it is my opinion that given the change in code base
and the rapid release cycle from Mozilla, that Linux distributions
support more than 1 xulrunner package till the dust settles (if it
ever does). I think if the dust doesn't settle, most people may just
give up and look elsewhere (even if it is to a codebase that is
copyrighted by *the big bad wolf*).
