My understanding is that originally pyjamas used the same license as GWT, which is Apache. Overtime pyjamas has been slowly infected by GPL contributions.
This is complicated by the fact that the versions of GPL that have ended up in pyjamas are incompatible with the Apache license. Using pyjamas in a commercial project could be a legal mine field. - lex On Sat, Mar 3, 2012 at 5:45 AM, Phil Charlesworth <[email protected]> wrote: > Apropos of obtaining free copies of commercial IDEs for use on open > source projects, the vendors usually want to have a view the license > under which the project's code is available. > Is there a statement somewhere of the license covering the use of > Pyjamas code?
