 licenses plural.

 you want the copyright file.

you can also run the contrib/copyright_check.py application which will
go through the enttirrrre source tree headers and double-check them
for you.  it uses q-grams fuzzy matching to take care of weirdness
like "Copyright, 2007" when the copyright file says "Copyright 2007"
etc. etc.
