yes. that's why it's only a 400k executable. runs well even on a 200mhz ARM CPU, which is pretty amazing. they've just created something called libdom http://www.netsurf-browser.org/projects/libdom/ which is planned to be put into netsurf very soon. they then have to add in "updating" infrastructure, so that any changes made through that API result in on-screen updates. _then_ on top of that, things like language bindings can be added. so there's about a year's worth of work that needs to be done. l.
