No, I tried that before. It results in: "pygit Exception: setter function for Href does not exist" > it's the "divs vs tables" thing. to get guaranteed behaviour (99.9% > anyway) tables had to be used. I'm fully okay with the use of tables. It's the pollution with recurring attributes that disturbs me. (There's no need to write both "align:left" and "vertical-align:top" in each and every td cell, isn't it?) And if that code does come from GWT there's no point in optimizing: With any upgrade we'd lose the optimization changes again. Actually, that is meant to be a question: Is this all GWT's fault or are we independent and is it worth investing for optimization? Peter
