I don't think that foundation membership is a time-critical issue. But, I do think that a foundation could give us some useful advice on our licensing and community issues. So, pursuing foundation membership could be helpful, even if it takes a while. It seems that a couple of people are already pursuing the foundation route - I don't see any point in holding them back if that's how they would like to contribute. -- Jeff
